Who is Hydra Psychology Trainer designed for?
The app is designed for applicants to police, military, and special forces units, as well as anyone who needs to complete a psychological aptitude assessment, such as senior and commanding officers. The tests offered are also used in admission procedures for various fields of study, such as medicine and psychology.
Is the app free?
The download is free. You can test selected modules for 24 hours. Full access is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a lifetime one-time purchase. Current prices are shown above in the pricing section and in checkout.
What test areas are covered?
Training covers logic & patterns, arithmetic, language comprehension, perception & attention, and other formats similar to those found in the Vienna Test System. The Vienna Test System is one of the internationally established and widely used computer-based test systems.
How is my data stored?
Your training data stays locally on your device. There is no tracking and no advertising. Only if you join the leaderboard are your username and test results stored on our server in the EU. You can delete your account and submitted results directly in the app at any time.
Can I compare my results with others?
Yes. Sign in with Apple or Google and submit your test results to the leaderboard. This lets you compete with other applicants across all your devices.
Do I need an internet connection?
No internet connection is required for training in the app. You can train on a plane or abroad without a data plan. You only need a connection for signing in and the leaderboard.
