Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Hydra account with all associated data, and which data is removed.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the "Profile" tab in the app.
- Tap "Leaderboard Profile".
- Choose "Delete Account" and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
You can also request deletion of your account or individual data by emailing office@hydrapt.com, ideally from the email address linked to your account (Apple or Google sign-in). We process requests within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
- Your account including the sign-in link (Apple or Google) and email address.
- Username and country.
- All submitted test results and leaderboard entries.
- Friend connections.
Data that may be retained
- Purchase and subscription records with Apple or Google Play: they live in your Apple or Google account and cannot be deleted by us.
- Records we must keep for legal reasons, for the duration of statutory retention periods.
- Local data on your device: removed by uninstalling the app.
